Wonkygroovesii is the second of two compilations of twisted breakbeats made between 2003-2005. Swisted Tister was previously released on Crystal Distortion's (Spiral Tribe) label Labrat Audiochemicals in 2004. This collection features a couple of lighter tracks (Canopy & Heatseeker) as well as my personal favorite Hooded Wink and an old stormer Perhapshazard which always had the knack of kicking things off. Once again I enjoyed playing many of these tunes out at free parties in and around San Francisco during my time out there. Melodies made from jelly, a drummer with a nervous twitch, and unexpected changes of direction. Bonkers music for off-the-hook parties. I hope you get as much fun from them as we did :)
